Additional Task 1: Work Desk at Home
Writing, reading, learning...
My personal work desk at home is an important place for me, since personally I prefer to do all the work for university at home. Therefore, this is the place where I learn, where I create my own work, where I write essays, term papers, etc. and where I read improtant texts. It is a place where I have everything in reach, such as important documents, books, notes, my computer, etc. It is also a place where I have enough quiet to consentrate.
I placed this desk in front of the window for two reasons. On the one hand, it is really important to have a good insidence of light. On the other hand, from my point of view there is nothing better than looking out of the window while working.
At least I have the feeling that this is the reason for working concentrated, prudent and creative:)
The pictures show my show my working desk at home with all the importent things I need to manage the work for managing the work for university. Everything I need is in within reach. In the rack on the right hand side I have stored my printer, pencils, notepads, paper and of course the older folders with records from the semesters back to look something up again.
Most of the times my computer is in the middle of the desk, since it is what I work with the most.
Using a computer nowadays is most essential and necessary to accomplish all the work for university. I need to do a lot of research with it, type and save my own texts on the computer, enter the university homepage for the university calender for example, etc.
And its the place and instrument where I create this website...
